Scorchio!

How warm has it been this week! Lovely. We have been able to really enjoy sports week this week being outside as much as possible without over heating.

All children took part in sports they might not normally do such as Taekwondo, table tennis, boccia and the highlight of the week for some, rock climbing!

The idea of sports week is to have go, enjoy a sport but above all encourage everyone to get involved. That is why we mixed the children into their houses for the week. It was amazing to see how well the learners of all ages mixed and took part. They earned more points for their houses.

Our young athletes travelled to Denbigh High school and had a full day. They came home with lots of medals.

Dosbarth Moel Famau also enjoyed a visit from Denbigh High School Year 9 French ambassadors.
