We have a variety of afterschool clubs at Esgob Morgan open to all pupils. Children and parents will be notified of when clubs will start and finish. Some clubs are ran by outside agencies like Kick it and these are separate to our school clubs any payments and questions about these clubs please contact the organiser.

After School Club

If your child is attending After School club they will be collected by a member of the After-School club staff after the club/activity has finished.

Adverse Weather

Please can I remind all parents of children attending the outdoor clubs which are held after school that a decision as to whether the club/s will run that day (due to adverse weather conditions) will be made by 2 pm. If a club has been cancelled, a message will be sent via text and Twitter.

Team Selection

At Ysgol Esgob Morgan all pupils are offered opportunities to take part in a variety of extra-curricular activities. However, because of the competitive nature of some of the activities at times, a selection process has to take place. This is the responsibility of the club leaders and often staff are faced with difficult decisions. The school would be grateful if parents can be supportive in this matter.

These are the factors that will affect selection:
·children who attend regularly and follow the rules.

·players for the appropriate competition e.g. competitive events advanced players, friendly events children who regularly attend.

·Teams can be changed throughout the season e.g. based on training sessions, behaviour and matches.
