It has been lovely watching the children enjoy the nice weather. We have invested in lots of toys and other equipment for them to use during their breaks and they have been so respectful with the equipment and each other.

Please take note of the page in the newsletter regarding dogs on site. We had special permission for Bili when he was here as we used him as a school dog for various things around the school. Denbighshire County Council have a ban on Dogs on premises. They have to remain off site completely. Please ensure the dogs do not come past the MAIN GATE. We still have some bringing their dogs to the yard gate. DCC do monitor things like this and the school does not wish to be in trouble for non service dogs being brought onto the school site. Thank you for your help in this matter.

It was great to see so many attend the Year 5 and 6 showcase event this week. The feedback from everyone who attended was really nice to hear. Lots of compliments on the children's work and how they engaged in conversation. Well done to all involved.

I do think we are jinxed though! Every time we try to do a whole school event it rains on us! We still need to do the sponsored walk, and we will rearrange the mini-marathon for next week due to the downpour we had this afternoon!
