Dear Parents and Guardians
We have had a wonderfully busy and positive week at school, with so many opportunities for our pupils to learn, grow, and create lasting memories together.
A highlight, this week, was the Year 4 and 5 trip to Cardiff. The children represented the school brilliantly and embraced every part of the experience. It was a hugely positive visit, and we have received a great deal of lovely feedback about their behaviour, enthusiasm, and engagement. Trips like this are invaluable in bringing learning to life and helping pupils develop independence and confidence—well done to everyone involved.
Friday afternoon also brought plenty of fun as we hosted our very own Colour Run. It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces as pupils (and staff!) took part in such an energetic and joyful event. The laughter, teamwork, and sense of togetherness really captured the spirit of our school family.
We recognise that taking part in trips and events like these can sometimes push children out of their comfort zone. While this can feel challenging, these experiences are an important part of personal development, helping pupils build resilience, confidence, and social skills. Regular school attendance plays a key role in ensuring children do not miss out on these valuable opportunities. We are grateful for your continued support in encouraging attendance and helping every child make the most of everything we offer.
Thank you, as always, for your ongoing support.
